I had to quit the company because I got tired of letting down our customers the same way every day. When your phone is down? Fix the things! Now, of course, there are major problems that contributed to the issues. 1. We do not have enough technicians. Probably because the job is complete crap. 2. Windstream really does not have anyone holding the company accountable. 3. Most of the customers have no other options for ISP providers.
