Project Title: Bringing Compassion & Cultural Understanding to Public Transgender Health Care. Re: Transgender Mtf Youth and the Sex Industry: Determinants and Risks

Bringing Compassion & cultural Understanding to Public Transgender Health Care

Rudan Abstract

Ashton Deroy Writes:  As usual my ex Christopher Rudan has written a summary on an issue regarding Male to Female you and the sex industry. He has written this in a way that only a Observational Psychologist without any practical education on executing fixes would. This may be something consistent with his character as a Nihilist & atheist who graduated Queen’s University without an ounce of understanding for a practical education in understanding problems & then executing solutions. Since I am a Business Diploma graduate with a diploma in Communications and I do side research in creating a functional Socialist society. I will suggest practical solutions to the problem described in Christopher’s Published abstract. I will do this in the format of a proposal rather than the format of another pointless psychology paper. As someone whose education actually focused on Community Development and Sustainability I can propose solutions to said problems.

Project Title: Bringing Compassion & Cultural Understanding to Public Transgender Health Care.

Project description:

I want to create reading materials such as pamphlets and online accessible reading materials to increase educational awareness for Transgender sex workers. We want to expand publicly accessible sexual health clinics much like you see with the health clinic in Quinte West called Belleville Quinte West Community Health Centre. Also we want to circulate positive Transgender healthcare communication information & if possible resources to expand accessibility to transition in Canada.  We also want to distribute information directed at sex workers to encourage safe sex practices for prevention of the spread of Sexual infections & disease.

Tone: We want to change the communicative tone in materials to have a more inclusive & understanding tone while using a message that prevents the spread of contagious disease. We also want to increase the competence of healthcare professionals while aiding with the Transgender Community as a whole. This may involve sharing with them details about Transgender Social culture, health facts on best use for hormone replacement therapy & information on how Transgender women get caught in the world of sex work. Also as important is teaching Transgender women how to get out of the world of Sex work.

Mediums: Social media, Information Pamphlets, Educational speakers, Purchasing Sexuality and gender Study papers & a Website information hub.

Proposed first locations: Quinte West Ontario , Kingston Ontario & Belleville Ontario.

Duration: I would ask for a 2 year commitment to funding this as a community development project.

Project Cost:  $25,000 , Also consider hiring a project administrator for $30,000 per year salary.

Why should visit your partner’s apartment before their WiFi is installed?

Ashton Deroy

About the author: Ashton Deroy is a millennial  writer with autism.  They are 26, partnered, Queer identified & a struggling vegetarian.

Purpose of blog: This is a conversational blog on relationships in 2020. The blog references Socialist culture, stereotypes & what the write personally views as healthy relationship practice. Please if you like the blog hit the like button & subscribe to this content. This website is a cooperative & it shares this spot with Swan Whispers ASMR which is my Spiritual Sister’s ASMR Vlog.

Technical aspects: Sign in to your Instagram & Facebook to view all parts of this blog. This is a Social media integrated blog.

Summary: This is a blog post for Millenials struggling in relationships. Millenials is mostly a label used to describe a generation of tech savvy irony obsessed whipper snappers. However some of the stereotypes made on Millenials are completely true. We are obsessed with the internet, to an unhealthy degree. I worked at a Telecom company called Rogers Communications and it was always the Millenials who lost their minds the most when their WiFi went down.

At a time when places without WiFi are equated to no go zones in the eyes of privileged Millenials. Why should Millenials visit their partners’ new apartment before the WiFi is installed? This weekend I visited my boyfriend Kaylib at his new place. I am going to write about the benefits of the WiFi free time we spent together. Maybe after this you will plan a retreat away from the WiFi with your loved one.

1. We got to indulge in my interests – This is because I had a laptop with cartoons saved on it & I downloaded audio books we could listen to. When people have WiFi?
There is an unlimited access to your seperate hobbies & interests.
When you go without Wifi? You have to collaborate a little. I had legally downloaded files of videos we could watch together from Netflix & we had audiobooks downloaded from Google Play. There
was an actual moment this weekend where Kaylib told me to play my audiobooks on Socialist Feminism & Democratic Economies. It was amazing to indulge my interests with Kaylib & get in to an economic discussion.
2. We took care of our relationship – Part of the Cultural Revitalization model I will be posting on my blog includes a section on a version of self-care only designed for relationships. Time without WiFi allows for
more focus on your partner. Which in turn allows more connective conversation, emotional conversation & intimate connection.
3. Got to help Kaylib with his living situation – This weekend was gratifying in a sense where Kaylib needed some muscle to carry a bookshelf from Wal-Mart to his house. I feel a sense of masculine gratification when I am needed to carry things especially for my partner. Even though I also identify as feminine, I still receive gratification from indulging in the masculine part of my identity.
A human being would not train Core De Force, Jillian Michaels Kickboxing Fast fix & UFC Fit 2014 if they weren’t obsessed with maintaining their basic function to carry heavy items & move them from one location to another. This is also a practical skill that one requires. It definitely feels good for the relationship to be able to help my partner with something that he needs. like lifting a bookshelf and carrying it home, which despite the physical demand. It was a worth wild challenge.  It is also important to notice that
in Socialist family culture cooperation & collaboration is key. You can’t have a family that you are unable to rely on in Socialist culture.
4. My partner cooked me breakfast – Now I know he probably could & would do this for me even with WiFi. However we definitely enjoyed doing this as a cooperative activity during the time without WiFi. Our mentality is very much egalitarian in the fact that if he cooks the dinner, I do the dishes. It is just the way to be. It is also little things like this that if you attempt to do them it shows someone that you are attempting to care for the environment that you are in. For other people with disabilities I highly recommend using this tactic to be respectful of the environment that houses you. Even it is for example for a weekend visit with your boyfriend. It is important to show them you care by equally sharing in the choirs & responsibilities so you are able to spend more time together.

Well that is all I want to write for today. Currently I am in a bad housing situation so I could go a while without updating this blog. I apologize to any consistent readers who are inconvenienced by this. I’d appreciate if everyone kept their subscription to my blog active however. I am grateful you subscribe & I am actually planning a dark manifesto on what happens if we don’t meet Sustainability goals. I am looking to call this piece the Decay Manifesto. Currently I am just in the process of considering how I want to display this creative as-semblance of essays, research & Conversational blogs. Please stay subscribed, this piece is going to blow your minds! Which I don’t state lightly.

Why I won’t advocate for Communist Socialism or Religious Socialism?

Ashton Deroy Writes: Hey guys I have been busy peacefully protesting working Standards at StarTek.

StarTek Demands.png

Today we are going to go back to Business as usual. Which is discussing my theories & observed realities on Socialism.  Today I am going to share why I do not support Regressive Socialism. Like the Socialism you see in Religious Socialism (Cults) & Communist Socialism (Aggressive Nationalizing) .

What are my Socialist values then? Well, I prefer Socialism that actually still uses money. My Socialism focuses on sustainable economic development and access to essential services & an economic safety net. My version of Socialism does not like the Universal Basic Income at this time. Rather we focus on the democratization of the workplace. We also create a newer version of Economics which recognizes Ecological sustainability. Lastly, my version of Socialism uses humanism and recognizes human rights based on Canada’s beautiful Charter of Rights & Freedoms. Technically I use the modern Canadian model of Socialism which makes sense because I am Canadian.

If you give up Individualism & finance for faith. It is religious Socialism..png

Religious Socialism

Last week I ate at a cult recruiting restaurant. It was good Brazilian Style food. Too bad I will not be back. I preached to the cult recruiters about Human Rights. Then I realized I probably stepped on their toes for what they believed in. Take a look at this News article to hear what their faith 12 Tribes is all about. Click here to view this video.

As you can see they are designing a society centered not around Capitalism but around their faith. This religious Socialism also uses a disciplinarian approach to controlling the behavior of children. They describe letting go of Spanking as “Hell breaking out”. This is not the grand societal design I have in mind. I am against spanking period! I saw my mom’s old boyfriend Trent Gallant beat his daughters growing up. I have just had enough of that kind of behavior. Like I have had a lifetime of exposure of it & I am 26.

Faith + Socialism = Cult.

It is actually that simple. If you notice people share the profits of a religious operation for the interest of the survival of their group. There is no recognition of individualism or personal property. They are using symptoms of Socialism. Then mixing with faith with Socialism can quickly spiral into the radical design. Socialism is supposed to exist to heighten everyone’s quality of life. This form of Socialism however only heightens the quality of life for the spiritual leaders.

Communist Socialism

Communist Socialism.png

This is a little more complicated. Explaining why I don’t like Communist Socialism. Communist-style Socialism was brought about in Russia through promises of a Socialist paradise. What happened instead? Aggressive Nationalization of private resources, businesses & properties. As well as an installment of regressive style leadership & tyrannical government.

Communist Socialism looks a bit more like this

Aggressive uprising + Tyrannical government + Nationalizing everything – (All human rights on a political level)

I do admire the type of Socialism you see in a place like Cuba, although it has been making more progressive movements. Communism is looking beautiful. Psst whispers “If you don’t understand the political pieces whatsoever.” However, it is a dystopian society with a lot of ugly bits hidden. For example secret police, conspiracy killings & in the case of China a hidden truth about ecological collapse.

When we look at Socialism? We have to look at installing a practical model based on our democratic values as well as the successes of Capitalism. I look at Progressive Socialism as more of an upgrade to Capitalism through the Labor movement, rather than

Trenton Opoly: All Simulated Economies are is games.

Trenton Opoly

Important note on tone: As usual, remember Blogs are intended to be learning opportunities & Conversation starters. This is also is intended as an Autism blog so be mindful of that, but don’t let it spoil the great ideas. This blog has been an important tool I have utilized to practice mindfulness, self-promotion, and collaboration. Keep in mind As noted by indicators on the website I am an admirer & more importantly a learner of Socialist theory.

Ashton Deroy writes: It is tragically ironic that Monopoly was developed by a Progressive Economist to demonstrate ineffective unchecked powers of Monopolizers & Tycoons in a free market. “Yes, people Monopoly was made to prove Libertarian designed economies were oppressive and lead to mass financial bankruptcies!” Monopoly doesn’t celebrate free markets. It proves a point about sustainable cooperation making more functional longer-lasting economies. For more on the invention of Monopoly click here

How I play a monopoly?

  • I don’t develop my properties without the encouragement of the other players.
  • I try to get all the spots I see as culturally significant. Referring to other blog posts you realize I am not going to be buying up Trenton Ontario’s Military landmarks in this cracked out version of this game. I want spots like the Grind, the natural parks & the Library. Then I tell players I won’t develop the properties so I can keep the game going fairly.
  • I cooperate with players & trade them back properties that may mean more to them than me. That is because in a Socialist Society we believe passion is a major part of choosing a profession.

Three things you need to know if I leave a game of Monopoly with you:

  • If I leave a game first & not bankrupt? I am tired of someone’s lousy behaviors about unsustainable market dominance. This happened in the game with my Uncle & cousin over the Christmas holiday. I am not even sure everyone understood that & I am okay with that. I also realize the game is no longer unpredictable & I am bored. No one is cooperating with my planning. No one is operating strategically. In a game of Monopoly where one player gets ahead too early, players should try to strategize to cut the wheels on that player. If you don’t do that though? that player will surely win… In real life this is where small interest groups all attach together & take down overly influential organizations. When we get to this place in the game? The game is no longer fun because the end result is a forgone conclusion. I left the game with my Uncle, his girlfriend & my cousin because I knew the cards in everyone’s hands. I knew the result would be Nicholas winning. Again this game is about proving the progressive economic theory about oppressive Free-market.
  • If I leave abruptly? In High School East North Umberland Secondary School, we would play this game at the fasts where we raised money for developing countries. The Fasts were like gigantic sleepovers at the High School. They were fun & earned students volunteer hours. Sometimes I would play this at a fast. If I leave after 1-3 turns, I’ve literally decided I don’t want to commit to spending enough time with you to finish a full game of Monopoly with you. I am very good at telling who I am going to have an enriching conversation with. Someone with overly competitive tendencies, for example, is someone I may start this game with & not finish. It is as it seems, I disrespect you as a person & I wanted to waste your time. If you are a Capitalist you literally use the phrase “Time is money.” Which is absurd, but related to your own views of the world I have chosen to hit you hard with massive disrespect by wasting you & my time.
  • Sometimes I am just exhausted- Even if you could play Monopoly with excessively cooperatively people. Which I never have, but I would like to. It is a brain exercise at the end of the day. Economics is my favorite topic… It is also somehow all at once… Boring, Nostalgic, Depressing, Uplifting, Enlightening, underthought & overthought! Again Economic theory related to Socialism, Capitalism, Communism & Conservatism is a sought out discussion. It is one of my favorite collections of topics. It is also draining & you need to take a break.

Economics

If we play Monopoly together? Remember I do not play to win, I play to cooperate fairly & sustainably. I will also probably be the first to leave the game, especially if the game is predictable. However, if I am eliminated later in the game I found people were playing interestingly. People who learn Economics, Business, Politics, Social Science & Sustainability see a simulation market differently. An overly predatory game is just a bad game if you are playing with a simulated economy. Something to think about is how could you change playing Monopoly? What would you do to design the game to run longer? Or to make it a better simulation economy?

Other games that tried to simulation economies. Click the names before the –  to learn more about the games:

  • Secondlife – Secondlife toyed a lot with Sale of player goods & services. It isn’t as fun as it used to be. Fun fact, one of the things the players used the simulated economy for was for the simulated sex trade. People also claim from within Secondlife it isn’t a game, it is a virtual world! In my opinion, if you simulate economies, “you are a game.” Also not an interesting game, most people are playing weird games of House.
  • The Sims – Based on designing dollhouses & simulating life. The Sims also begins toying with simulated economics a lot in the Sims 2 & Sims 3 series.  In fact, in Sims 3 you could go around buying privatized businesses & firing all the employees. This was something I made my Sims bad guys do… I have never been much for capitalism & I am not very creative. Tirnua, was an Eco-Socialist Simulator in my opinion & it was created by the same developers who created the Sims Online.
  • Socialist Monopoly– This may be one of the most non-sensical things I have ever seen in my entire life. Much like the Star Wars BattleShip game… I will buy it at some point! It seems idealistic, unpredictable and simply absurd. I am down to try it!

Fun fact, you could replace the Capsim Business Simulation at Loyalist College with any one of these games. It would not make a difference in the quality of education, you would improve the experience of the course 10 fold by simply it being fun. Yes, I believe you could replace that course with Monopoly and have it be just as productive! “Simulated Economies = games” Come at me bro, you Commerce & Business nerds! Fun fact kids, you will get more money out of learning to play Poker than playing with Simulated fantasy economies.

Why we need to remove tax on Medical Cannabis products

Why we need to remove tax on medical cannabis products

Ashton Deroy writes: Let us call the regulated Marijuana market what it is. A gigantic failure! It is true, the government took a fragile market & then taxed it making the vulnerable market worse off. Now the only people I know who buy regulated cannabis are high earning people who trade convenience for cost. One area where I see significant room for improvement as a consumer are in the Medical cannabis products, which if I can afford them are the option I would wish to use over black market. However, we need to stop taxation of medicine. We are turning desperate people to the illegal option and risking an approach to a public health epidemic. With urgency I urge public officials to stop  taxing medical marijuana products

Here are 3 reasons we should remove taxation from medical cannabis products:

    1. Increase consumption – Taxation is a method to slow down consumption. That is basic economics. While I still think there is an opportunity to apply a tax on high THC recreational cannabis. I think we need to think more critically about why medical patients need Cannabis with high THC content. The taxation is directly why people are going to places like Tyendinega and accessing the illegal market over ordering regulated cannabis products.
    2. Eliminate black market medical cannabis providers – Here is something people are not considering. Many of the dispensaries use branding, personal sales & promotional strategies to attract medical cannabis users.  Medical consumers buy cannabis more frequently & spend more money. This is really bad to have these patients relying on black market cannabis because we don’t know enough about how this cannabis is grown & if it is safe? Personally I know none of it is greenhouse grown or factory processed which is the main safe strategy for growing clean & healthy to consume cannabis by government standards. We should not adapt a strategy of government intervention to shut down reservation dispensaries. We should be forced to try to make the legal market more appealing through competition because otherwise this industry only benefits people with investment & not the end consumer.
    3. Decrease resistance to the regulated market – There is a straight up resistance to the legal market for cannabis. In Toronto I recall the illegal Cannabis dispensaries used to encourage their customers to oppose the legal market & support free-market practices. The problem here is that this is directly what puts the legal market under attack! One of the rival blogs https://endracebasedlaw.ca/ thinks the answer is just to shut down all of the illegal dispensaries existing on the Native reservations. However, I am opposed to that. I think this is why people are equating the cannabis market interference to negative aspects of Tyrannical Socialism. Instead if you remove the taxes you make medical products more appealing and you gain consumers who otherwise would only buy illegal products. Undercutting the competition is the Wal-Mart way. Arresting the competition is the Tyrannical Socialist way.

Not a radical idea, in fact this has been adopted in places in Canada where they are struggling to eliminate the black market.

  • New Brunswick, + 0%of the base or dutiable amount;
  • Prince Edward Island, + 0%of the base or dutiable amount;

According to… https://wolterskluwer.ca/blog/taxation-cannabis-canada/

Many Canadians consider the legal cannabis market a pure example of government stupidity. Since legal cannabis was introduced to Canadians there have been supply shortages, overly high product costs & unreasonable taxation. To improve this we must first look at the Medical cannabis market, specifically with how we handle taxation in that market. I think we should consider removing tax from medical cannabis products to improve accessibility, strengthen the market & reduce the risk to public health.
